We women have a million reasons to beet up on ourselves. My reason was my weight (which is a pretty common one). I would pick apart my body and it made me feel bad, but for some reason I couldn't STOP doing it.

And the worse I felt about my body, the worse I felt about myself.
Thankfully, I found a way out of this self-sabotaging cycle.
