Don’t sweat it!
Most guys are not born with the natural skill of approaching women and
getting their email and phone number. The nervousness, the sweating, the
trembling. Some guys get so nervous at the thought of talking to a beautiful
woman that they get physically ill! These feelings are much more prevalent
than most men understand, at least while they’re young, and often when they
are older and taking a second time being single after a divorce or breakup.

Gaining the confidence to approach women can be learned easily through

Take the most nervous guy you know and in your mind make him walk up to a
gorgeous woman, like Britney Spears, and say “Hi, you’re not from around
here. What’s your name?”
Now then, in your mind what happened next to your nervous friend?
Britney:

B. Laughed at
C. Ignored
See, there is no “D. He got her number” answer because you wouldn’t even
consider that as a possibility.
Now then, let’s do the same exercise and this time the guy you’re going to
think of is the most popular guy that you know in your life. Could be a high
school popular guy, or someone at work that all the women swoon over. A real
popular person.
This super-popular guy walks up to Britney Spears and says to her “Hi, can
you order me a drink?” and Britney replies to him:
A. Sure (with a laugh)
B. Who are you? (with curiosity)
C. What kind of drink?
Do you see what happened here?
You understood that the popular guy wouldn’t get shot down because of the
popularity you know of him.
And if you could practice and learn to have the confidence it takes to walk
up to a woman and say “You’re new here, what’s your name?” would you take
the next few steps?
Sure you would.
I’m going to give you some tried and true techniques for curing yourself of
nervousness around women.
I’m going to tell you how to get up, and go talk to any woman you want. Any

want you to pause for a few seconds. Stop right now, take a deep breath and
for about ten seconds close your eyes. Then exhale.
Tell me, during those few seconds with your eyes closed where you bothered
by any intruding thoughts?
For most guys that do this simple relaxation method brings a memory of a
girl they wish they had talked to but didn’t. A flash of “Only if…” and “Why
didn’t I…” crosses their mind and is quickly chased out by the follow-up
thought that “It’s just the way life is”.
