But to make the service work for you, you need to complete the advanced section of your profile first, the partner preferences section, before trying to contact other members. So, once you have received your verification email you can proceed to complete your profile and start sending “Icebreakers” to members that interest you that are within your preferences for contacting members. If you receive a message saying that you cannot contact a certain member you’ll have to update your compatibility preferences to be sure that they are within the choices you have made.
