Thursday is a great day to initiate change.
Now, I know a lot of people say start on Monday, that way your week flows together with the chnages you have made, but Thursday is a great day, in my mond, because it’s an “action day”.
At work and home Thursday is when you can really get things done and “flow” with the chnages you make, whether this being a new diet, a new style of clothes, new exercise routine, whatever it might be, consider today being your starting day.
Tuurn that new leaf over today!
