Friday’s Conversation Topics
This Friday, not quite the same as past Fridays, offers all new ways to connect to people. because that’s what gives us our humanity, being able to connect to others on many different levels. So consider how to connect, how to meet and interact with new people and use the best news stories of the past week as a guide on what to talk about. Conversation is King!
- Armed robber tries to rob the wrong place. As the robber demands cash customers grab him, despite the gun, pummel him and tie him up with duct tape until police arrive. The robber was beaten up pretty good too. Maybe he’ll be safer in jail.
- Reporting a business that doesn’t pay their taxes properly nets a $4.5 million “Whistleblower” award for small town accountant. The government wants their due and will now share up to 30% of what the IRS recovers in unpaid taxes. despite the “small-town” accountant’s anonymity in this case I think his neighbors will figure it out with that big new house and Lamborghini in the driveway.
- Hottie on a bike. Guys, if you need some inspiration, she’s single.
- FCC “net neutrality” rules forecast to be in limbo. If the Internet is capable of tearing down walls and giving individuals and companies an even playing field, who will eventually be the master of this freedom in America? This is the great question of our time.
