This can work equally well as far as having a date over to your home, say the third or fourth date, or even if your date is your wife. Don’t worry, I will tie all this together later.

I will cook Mexican themed foods (fajitas and nachos) and Mexican themed drinks (margaritas, if I can find the mix for them). I will have some Mexican music playing as she walks in the door and this will be a lot of fun. I can be creative and when you want to impress someone, even if you’ve been married for nine and a half years, you do everything you can.
