This service has been up since 2008. Not a huge membership base (and who knows how many active still?) but for a paid service I think they have a long way to go. You can still join for free, read messages sent to you, create a personal blog, send flirts to other members and even view other member's profiles. After that, pay the monthly membership fee to meet and exchange messages. (Complete review pending.)
