100% free. Signing up is quick but filling out your profile takes awhile. Profiles are set up nicely and access to most of your account info and interaction is on your personal home page. The search doesn't seem to work and some of the photos look stretched out and fuzzy. And clicking on the Home link doesn't take you to your page, it takes you to the site home page which can be a bit frustrating.
