How to "Copy and Paste"
Most computer programs, and even the one your are likely using right now, allow you to "copy" something on the screen and "paste" it into another field/form/page/application.
Use your left mouse button and hold it down as you drag across what you want to copy, then, while keeping the mouse pointer on the highlighted area right click and in the popup menu that appears you then left click on the "copy".
You now have the letters/numbers that you copied in your "clipboard". Now move the mouse to where you want to "paste" what you copied, left click and then right click and in the popup menu click the "paste" item.
