Review of 4PPL.com

WHAT WE FOUND: 4PPL is a basic free dating service with an interesting Google map mashup that shows you were members are located. Joining is easy enough, a one page form to complete and you're a member. We like the ease of use that 4PPL has, getting around the site is fast, browsing and searching is easy to do. Having displayed which members are online is great and, since it's a free service, there isn't any memberships to pay so you can start meeting people almost instantly. In your account you'll be able to see who has visited your profile, so you can go look them up too. We have found that there are more lookers (online users, people not signed up as members) than there are online members, but that's the same with any service that doesn't require you to sign up before you can browse/search the membership. We really like the drilldown browse method of seeing member profiles and that members who are online at 4PPL are displayed. The integration of the Google map on member profile pages is interesting but really not much of a feature to use unless you're a geography buff. Overall 4PPL is a nice free service that you'll have fun meeting people at without having to pay a membership fee.
