You, the air traveler, has had enough of sitting beside “Mr. Obnoxious” or “Ms. Bitter Woman” for those 6 hour flights. There is a better way now to protect your in-flight seating partners by using the AirTroductions™ service. It’s free to join, post your profile, add your flight/travel information and match yourself up with another traveler that shares interests and conversational qualities with you. We like the flat membership fee option: pay one price for your flight (right now it’s US$5.00) and get matched up with other travelers. Even if your flight has 3 layovers and/or transfers, instead of being non-stop, you only pay the one fee to arrange for different partners to sit beside you on each leg of your trip. AirTroductions™ is really making for friendlier skies and is a service who’s time has come. The profile form is easy to complete, you can include only the information about yourself you are comfortable revealing. Be sure to include enough information about yourself so that someone does actually want to sit beside you: hobbies, favorite things to talk about, political, religious and societal facets of yourself are a good place to start, you really don’t want to end up beside someone you’d argue with, like Rush Limbaugh, right?
