Paid members receive all the benefits of a guest membership, plus: post on message boards, live chat, instant messenger, send and receive Mingle Mail, and much more. Access all features for $19.99 CAD / $19.99 USD per month. You may choose the monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual option. There are no refunds for unused time. Posting your profile is quick. Lots of optional questions about yourself you can fill in after the initial registration, including fun facts, ideal match criteria, small essays, color code profile and Questions of the Week. These optional facts and answers take up to 48 hours for verification. Although the site appears to be simple looking, it is quite confusing to navigate through. There are 3 navigation bars or links just for your profile. And you can’t access the Help section unless you have registered. Very confusing to navigate through. The member inbox is through the Connect tab at the top of the page. After clicking through, you can view your inbox, chatrooms, instant messenger and message boards in the center of the page or use the navigation menu at the left. But your Favorites are only listed on the left menu. You can also access your Inbox and links (faves, chatrooms, etc.) through the Home button at the top of the page. Under the My Profile tab at the top of the page, you can only edit the different areas of your profile. You cannot actually view your profile the way others will see it. The Home page is cluttered with your inbox, list of links, Success Stories, Profiles of the Week, Help and Advice, Safety Tips, Upcoming Events, Quick Search, My Friends, Profile Tip, your profile photo, and your Online Status. WAY too much information to look at. Very cluttered. The Help feature is in three sections: Browse by topic which also contains the top FAQs, search by FAQ, and contact customer service through their online form. There are NINE search options! Quick Search, Username, Advanced Search, Who’s Online, Photo Shuffle, Recently Updated Profiles, Photo Gallery (another one???), Think You’d Click? (quickly determine your interest in other members. Click "Yes" and the site will confidentially find out if they're interested in you too and then introduce you with a Click! alert.), and Today’s Birthdays. Viewing a member’s profile, you are bombarded with so much information that it’s difficult to figure out where to begin. There are so many little buttons, icons and links to click on to interact with a member, such as send a smile, email, Think You’d Click, etc. They should be in one area and easy to read but it isn’t.

WHAT YOU'LL FIND: Free to register, browse profiles, view photos, read message boards, send and receive smiles and e-cards. You cannot even read emails that are sent to you unless you have a paid membership. Paid members receive all the benefits of a guest membership, plus: post on message boards, chat, instant messenger, and send and receive Mingle Mail. Navigation is repetitive, you cannot view your profile as other members will view it, and there is too much clutter and confusion throughout.
