Message: Do you use photos? Some services are not doing that. I do not want a service that does no photos. Do you do videos so I can see the photo and hear them speak?

Message: This company is a scam. They make promises they don't keep - matches every 30 to 45 days, NEVER return phone calls or emails. High staff turn over. Buyer beware.

Message: I don’t know how they always manage to set me up with such great girls. But they do. I’ve been a member for exactly seven months during which I have had some great experiences. The first girl I dated actually became my girlfriend for about a month and a half. She and I weren’t so great at organizing things so we always had our match maker arrange the dates. We never got a refusal from her or never once were we forced to set things up ourselves because of lack of cooperation on the match maker’s side. Eventually we broke up, but I accept full responsibility for that. Everything this company does is great and I know that as time goes by each date will get better and better and the girls will be more perfect than the previous one. I’m not married yet but I think it’s safe to say that after dating the first girl for six weeks, my chances of happiness will rocket sky high with the work of this service.

Message: Here's my story.
After my divorce three years ago, I wasn't at all quick to get married again and was very unhappy. I got over it pretty well but still wasn't too thrilled about the possibility of me being alone forever. With that, I checked out this company. Lesa in the San Francisco office was extremely welcoming and sweet. Not in the way that gives you the impression that she was only interested in your money. That alone gave the will to sign up and pay the fee. I spoke with her for about three hours during a very comfortable interview. I told her all about my divorce, about my ex-husband and about the guy I wanted to meet. I told her about my childhood and about how I grew up. She even offered me coffee, cake, and other really good snacks. As I left, she patted me on the shoulder and said "I'll find you someone whether you like it or not". I left with a huge smile on my face.
About a week or so later, Lesa called me with a whole list of guys she found on her records that fitted my requirements pretty well.
The first guy, Brian was great. He was smart, tall, dark skinned and very good looking. We had a great time but still, we weren't for each other. Lesa called ME literally the next day ready to hear the feedback. Now that's good service. Anyway, she set me up with three more great guys who also weren't for me but she did her job very well. I went out with the next guy (Gary) two weeks later and he was perfect. The date lasted seven hours. Lesa called me again the next day with great news. Apparently, he really liked me and wanted a second date. Lesa set us up again a week later. Well, we eventually got married. It's crazy how a year before all this I was going through a really hard time and didn't want to get re-married at all. Now I'm married to the greatest guy ever.

Message: I was actually happy with the price of this service. I thought it was going to cost me much more.
Anyway, I signed up with them a little less than a year ago and I kid you not, the first girl they set me up with was the one. We dated for eight and a half months before deciding to get married.
Before I signed up with them I dated tons of different girls for six years.
This service changed my life instantly. My wife and I tell people all the time how amazing and successful they are.

Message: The company has a great reputation the Los Angeles community. I was a member for a 3 year period before getting engaged. I know around a dozen other members, all of whom are more or less happy. It seems to me that these bad reviews are coming from a very little number of disgruntled members. I think every large company has this issue.

Message: This company has a bad reputation, there are complaints everywhere. They promise things that they can not deliver, but will take your money anyway. Their contract is so airtight you will never get your money back.

Message: This actually works. I was doubtful at first due to my natural stigma against paid matchmakers. After reading some reviews I gave it the go. Boy does it work, a lot more productive then friend to friend recommendations

Message: I wouldn't trust the better business bureau. It is not a government agency. In fact it is a pay for play organization, as I found out with my own company.
I had a great experience with this firm. They were very helpful, friendly and I had a great repore with my Matchmaker. At first things were a bit rocky, I was very picky, but after listening and taking some advice I had a great time. I learned to be more open and found a really nice guy. I don't know where it goes from here, but that is really up to me.

Message: I think that any service could have disagreements with customers, especially in the dating and romance industry. The best bet is to check with the Better Business Bureau before signing any contracts.
