Review of Events & Adventures

WHAT WE FOUND: This is a real world singles club that has an important difference: you get to do interesting things with thousands of other singles. Events & Adventures (in business since 1997) really cares about their members and screens everyone, accepting only those suitable for the events (hiking, rafting, skiing and camping to dinners, dances, parties and theater) and ready to share real life experiences. Once you have joined you’ll be screened in a face-to-face meeting, and once you’re accepted you’ll receive a monthly magazine detailing the up to 50 events you can participate in and meet, mingle and get to know others that share your same interests. Currently members are in Seattle, Denver and Portland and surrounding areas. The monthly membership fees are very reasonable and vary according to the type of membership you take.

WHAT YOU'LL FIND: Participate in real life adventures and meet other members that are in Seattle, Denver and Portland. Monthly membership fees (similar to a spa membership) to join.

Message: Events & Adventures is the best thing that ever happened to me. I know that sounds dramatic, and maybe even a little cliché, but it is also the absolute truth. I joined because I wanted to make new friends, do some good living and have a great time in the process. I looked forward to the big events like the trips, but also those days when I planned to attend a dinner or get together with drinks with other Events & Adventurers members, I really looked forward to those the most. I got home after the first event, did a quick Events & Adventures review and knew good things awaited me.
If there's anything I want to be sure is mentioned in my Events & Adventures review, it's that I found the man of my dreams, who I’m now married to. The great thing about Events & Adventures is that you have the opportunity to really get to know someone before you decide whether or not you want to date him. Every time I saw Bob at an event, I learned something new about him and his personality. He is smart, funny and very kind. By the time we had our first date, I not only knew him well, but I also knew he was the guy for me. We celebrate our one year anniversary next month. I am happy to provide this Events & Adventures review – I’m so glad I took that chance and jumped in. I couldn’t be happier being a wife and I look forward to the rest of our lives! Events & Adventures rocks!

Message: True lies! I am a member of this club. Talk to people who purchased the membership not the employees, you will find out how crapy this club is! The sales person did not disclose important information about the club, I signed the contract by inaccurate information from her. and even worse, the manager refuse to correct the mistake by cancelling my membership. A lawyer told me that this is business fraud and I should take them to court!

Message: Always one of the better outdoor activity pair-up services, seems to be mostly west coats. Hope they expand more.
