Message: I'M IN THE SAME PREDICAMENT AS FREDERICK (BELOW). I HAVE ALREADY GONE THROUGH THE CREDIT CARD PROCESS WITH NO RESULTS. MY NEXT STEP IF THE ST LOUIS DIRECTOR WILL NOT COOPERATE, WILL BE THE BBB & ATTNY GEN'L.

Message: I joined Great Expectations in St. Louis and I could not be more displeased with their service. They flat-out LIED to me about the number of members they have in my age range. When I try to talk to the director about this, she initially wouldn't return my phone calls and now refuses to talk to me at all. Long story short, I'm now having to go through the Better Business Bureau and the Missouri State Attorney General's office to try to get some of my money back.
