When you find someone you want to contact first, before they contact you, you’ll need to upgrade to a gold membership. The upgraded membership also allows for more features that the basic free membership including top listing in search results ahead of the free member profiles and being able to see who has viewed your profile and who has placed you in their “I’m interested” section.
