WHAT WE FOUND: I really liked MegaMates (also known as Telemates on some websites) although I think that the navigation of the website could use some work. If you're trying to use the "help" center, watch where you go, it took me quite a few back-clicks to get to the home pages again. MegaMates.com is free to join and the registration page asks only for the basics: "Tell us about yourself; some personal information including area and birth date, and the description area of your profile which consists of a headline, a "Tell us about yourself: text area and finally a "Tell us about your mate" text area. There are three more pages of the registration to complete but they are standard questions about yourself, then adding to your profile pictures, video and voice recording. To really complete your profile you'll need to click on "My Profile" again at the top of the page and you'll have  about an hour more time to spend completing all areas of your complete profile page. You might want to wait on this and at least complete the Personality Profile that will help to match you up with other members. If you live in a small town MegaMates might not work to well for you, but those in metropolitan areas should certainly join. We like the "Adult filter" that hides the naked pictures of people, but if you're looking for an adult service integrated with a great video chat system this is the place. Your free membership allows you to complete all areas of your profile, to search other members profile and sending a limited number of messages and chats. We really like being able to attach photos, voice messages and videos to messages sent to other members. You can also link your Telemates account and have access to send and receive messages through your phone.

Free membership, send a limited number of messages without being a premium member. Includes voice and video ads to your profile and messages you send, chats always active, plenty of members online. Premium membership required for unlimited use of all features. Simple to receive messages to your mobile phone. Straight and same sex personals as well as an "Adult filter" to hide the adult pictures from you.
