WHAT WE FOUND: Standard membership includes free registration, free add placement, free photo submission, free searching of members profiles and free receipt of messages. However, if you want to reply to messages or contact other free members (unlimited messages to send and receive), use a more power search or use their chat, text messaging, voice messaging or video messaging you will need to sign up for a paid membership. Their tour is very in-depth. There is a FAQ page. Provides a page of common problems in great depth and detail. Search for free members is basic: your sex, sex you are seeking, aged from lowest to highest, country, province, and what you are looking for (penpal, friendship, marriage, romance/dating). Sign up is a three step process. First fill in name, password and email. Second, fill in personal information such as age, gender, location, lifestyle questions, and description about yourself and what type of person you are looking for. This section is more in detail as you can also add fave movies, fave music, hobbies and interests, etc if you are a paid member. The final step is all about the type of person you are looking for. Profiles take up to 24 hours for approval, but you can still update your profile and add a pic before the approval. They provide an easy way to upload your photo. Picturess are on an approval basis. Quick menu, which is what you find when you sign in, is very well laid out and easy to navigate. Boxed, well laid out sections for your profile, mailbox, how many people are online and who they are, who is interested in you, a section for lists (favorites, matches, blocked, interested in you and who you are interested in, who is online, chat, video and more), membership section and information section. List of chosen profiles, after search is done, gives you a brief description of each person. You are then able to view their profile, add them to your favorites, send a “show interest” heart, and send mail (if you are a subscriber). As a free member, you can only view the profile picture. Must subscribe if you want to see the other pictures the person has posted. When you view the profile, along with being able to add to favorites, show interest, etc., you may also block this person or report abuse. Profile searches seem to list newest members first.
With the Gold membership you are not able to send, read or watch video profiles, upgrade to platinum for the video feature. The site also provides pages for world-wide time zones, dating safety advice, women’s safety, travel information, send flowers to your lady, success stories and a list of their other dating sites they provide. Majority of members are of Islamic religion, although I did find one or two Christians and “other” religious background profiles.

WHAT YOU'LL FIND: Members are mostly from the U.S., Canada, Australia, the U.K. and Asian countries, although they do have members world-wide. It is not just for Muslim people but also for people who are expressing an interest in getting to know someone who is Muslim. It’s free to join but you’ll need to pay for a subscription to get a broader search range or contact other members. The lay out is nice, navigation is easy and the profiles are very in-depth. Although this site is geared for Muslims, you need not be Muslim to join. You can be either straight or gay/bi, but I couldn’t find anyone on the site who was looking for a gay relationship. A lot of members are just looking to make Muslim or Islamic friends and you will find people who are new to the religion who are looking for others to “connect with” on a religious level to learn more about the religion.
