Starting with the 3 free contact tokens, you can post your personal ad, include up to 5 pictures and start meeting people right now. When you add your picture you automatically receive 5 more free contact tokens. The tokens are used to make contact with someone you'd like to get to know better, but you can always reply to any messages you receive. The signup form is in 6 parts but easy to complete and I like the fact you can answer only the questions you want to and leave the others blank. The better thought out your answers though, the better you'll match with someone, so take your time and you can select as many answers to the questions as are appropriate. The essay parts will take the most time, you can skip them and select Edit Profile at a later date to complete them. I recommend taking your time and completing the essays now rather than later. Overall the sign-up should take between 10 and 20 minutes. I like that any responses are anonymously forwarded to the email address you sign up with, so you don't have to login to see them, just to reply.
