WHAT WE FOUND: Soulmades is directed towards people in Australia or Australians who live in other parts of the world. Registration is free. Free membership includes sending, receiving and answering “hi’s”; emailing other free members; receiving messages from other members. Paid membership includes free member services plus emailing anybody, participating in group and private chats. The second paid subscription type includes free contact from anybody including free memberships. Searches are basic and are done by sex, age, location, with an option for looking only at profiles that contain photos. Profiles are neatly laid out. Along with a profile picture, it also includes basic information about the member, a personal message, things they enjoy, what they are looking for in a partner, and when the last time they were active on the site. Interactivity includes, adding to favorites, email, private chat, view their favorites, say “hi”, and referring the profile to a friend. All pages on the right hand side include profiles of newest members, featured members, and most popular members. The FAQ page is nice and neat and organized. Soulmades also includes a page with Dating Tips. Soulmades is also the only Australian personals site that has its own dating coach, Elena Solomon. Elena Solomon is a dating coach and the author of several books about love, dating and relationships.
