What's more fun than getting together with the 'crew' and hoisting back some cold ones? Well, when it's done to win a game and you're the last man, or woman, standing, it's party time! Drinking Games

Drinking games should be played with plenty of caution. Depending on body weight and alcohol tolerance no more than 3 alcoholic drinks should be consumed an hour. Less if you have an empty stomach or are a rare drinker. Add a full glass of water every hour to counter the inevitable dehydration. Should you start to feel intoxicated it's allowable to stop, drink water, rest and recover. There should always be a 'designated gamer' that stays sober. If you don't want to drink alcohol, fruit juices are an acceptable substitute.

You can always easily create your own TV show related drinking games. The best are TV shows that you have recorded or have on DVD, ready to be played. You can make up your own rules, as long as they are fair.

Basic rules for homemade drinking games would be varying the amount you are supposed to drink when something happens or is said by your characters. These formats can be accommodated to almost any TV show and comedy routine.
- one finger drink can be measured as the height of one finger level around the glass, bottle/whatever.
- two finger height is the height of two fingers. If you didn't get that, you're not allowed to play.
- Finishing your drink is just that, whatever you have in your glass/bottle/whatever is to be completely drunk down. A reasonable amount of time should be allowed to drink the drink, as the event progresses. We don't want to make anyone overly intoxicated or sick. Not having to clean up puke is always better than seeing someone drink too much!

 "The Family Guy" Drinking game
- When one of the family member's first name is spoken by another member of the family = 1 finger drink (Peter, Lois, Chris, Meg, Stewie and Brian the dog)
- When Stewie makes an attempt on Lois's life = 2 finger drink
- When one of the family member's first name is spoken by another character in the show = 1 finger drink (Peter, Lois, Chris, Meg, Stewie and Brian the dog)
- Add/change your own rules as you see fit.

"24": Drinking game
- Drink 1 finger when a character says "Jack" or "Bauer"
- Drink two fingers when a character says "Jack Bauer"
- At every commercial break, including breaks on the DVD, everyone has to guess the time that will appear when the break is over. The closest to the time does not drink, everyone else has to drink everything remaining in their glass/bottle/whatever.
- Take one finger drink when someone enters the scene as they are talking on their cell phone.
- When someone's face/head completely shows in the picture, with no other background images or other people in the picture drink one finger.
- Add/change your own rules as you see fit.

"American Idol": Drinking game
- Drink 1 finger when a performer complains about their score
- Drink 1 finger when a performance is cut short
- Drink 1 finger when a judge is talking and get's "bleeped" out by the censors
- Drink 2 fingers when a performer is talking and get's "bleeped" out by the censors
- When someone is told they have lost and are no longer in the competition finish whatever is remaining in your glass/bottle/whatever.
